Our Spirits Tour is a curated experience tailored for lovers of fine spirits, offering exclusive behind-the-scenes access and hosted tastings at exceptional venues renowned for their small-batch gins and internationally awarded single malt whiskies, alongside vodka, rum, and other liqueurs.
This refined experience includes guided tours of production facilities and in-depth tastings that reveal the precision, passion, and innovation behind Tasmania’s world-class distilling. Meet the makers, explore the craft from still to glass, and savour expressions that capture the unique character of the island’s botanicals, climate, and pristine water sources.
While lunch isn’t included in the tour price, we’ll stop at one of our favourite local venues where you can relax and choose a meal that suits your taste and appetite. Menus typically range from $40 to $60, offering a delicious variety of options such as artfully crafted share plates, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven, and the finest locally sourced seafood and meats. Whether you're after something light or a more indulgent feast, there’s something for everyone.

This tour concludes at Hobart's waterfront, an excellent choice for dinner and drinks, where you can take advantage of your proximity to a vibrant array of restaurants. Enjoy the diverse culinary offerings that these lively areas have to offer. Alternatively, if you're ready to unwind, we can drop you back at your hotel in the city for a relaxing evening.

Where to meet:Brooke St Pier, Franklin Wharf, Hobart, 10:30 am. You will meet your guide at the bottom of the ramp. If it's raining, please proceed up the ramp and enter through the glass doors.
End of Tour:Approximately 5:30 pm
Number of guests per tour:Maximum 16 guests per tour (contact us for information on larger groups). Minimum 4 guests.
What to bring:Please dress appropriately for the occasion. Although it may appear warm in Hobart, the weather can change throughout the day, so be sure to bring warm clothes, comfortable shoes, and your camera.
