This was not our fault. We advised Book Me to make sure no bookings would be available on either Christmas Day or News Years day as we are closed however they did not take the spaces down from the site so we had no way of knowing this was booked as we were closed.

초보도 한 시간 즐겁게 놀 수 있는 곳!!
9살 여자아이가 처음 해 본 climbing walls 였는데 한 시간동안 부지런히 해야 할 정도로 다양한 형태의 모형암벽등반들이 있었어요. 장소가 조금 협소했지만 암벽등반을 하기에는 충분했고 무엇보다 초보가 하기에 쉽고 안전한 코스가 많이 있어서 좋았어요. 여행 중에 들러도 될 만큼 부담없는 활동이었어요.

Not great
My daughter absolutely loves coming here. However we booked our ticket through book me, and when we arrived we found out there was a holiday program with 40+ children booked in at the same time, no communication between book me and rocktopia. My daughter is autistic and lasted 20 minutes before it was too much with so many kids in there at once. And we left she only spent 20 mins there

Upon arrival we did advise you that we had a programme of 40 children coming into the gym. However 18 of those children were doing the slides and the jumps so that only left 22 children doing the Clip N Climb with your family. If you need to book a quiet session with your daughter then coming during school holidays in the morning is probably not the best thing. If you book after 3pm in the afternoon when we are much quieter and definitely not during a wet rainy school holiday day then I am sure your daughter would have an amazing experience.

업체가 문을 닫았네요
어제 오후5시 예약을해둬서 하루종일 기다리다 아이가 설레는 맘으로 갔는데, 락토피아 문이 닫혀있더군요. 환불 부탁드립니다
