Size and layout of the vessel supported opportunities for engagement with fellow passengers. We appreciated the informative commentary throughout the cruise. All staff supporting this tourist attraction were extremely positive and genuine with all of their interactions. The only hiccup experienced, we purchased coffee/hot chocolate once on-board. A serious recommendation is that the owners of the vessel ditch the existing 'hot drinks machine'.. the flat white and hot chocolate produced were both extremely unpleasant to the taste! Putting that aside, the cruise experience was well worth every cent and proved a great opportunity to take in sights of Hamilton from the Waikato River.
