Have a blast on the worlds very first drift kart experience dating back to 1987, and starting right here in Hamilton!

Blastacars sets the benchmark in providing an exciting experience like no other. Boasting custom-built karts, a premium polished track and amazing lighting effects, you get an authentic and thrilling drifting experience in New Zealand's most powerful karts.

Throttle control, counter steer and good driving will allow you to challenge your mates and drift the entire track. You'll love navigating the wide sweeping corners with plenty of room for overtaking, providing an easier and exciting race environment where you can catch up easily!

If you feel like taking a break, there's a viewing deck area, BBQ area and much more.

  • Minimum age: 8

  • Must be at least 1.2 meters tall.

    Must be under 130kgs to ride the karts.

    Must wear covered shoes and no loose clothing.

  • This experience welcomes families with children.

Notes

  • Our quieter times are 12 pm - 6 pm weekdays which are more suitable for children.

    After Booking:

    Your time is arrival time, once signed in and you have watched our briefing video and all helmeted up, you will be on the track (20mins after arrival time).

    Please note this is not valid for Pro Karts. Your booking time is an estimation only. The Blastacars team will email you directly with a pre registration sign in link and a confirmed time on the track during Blastacars operating hours. Please call if you have not got confirmation.

1st time on the race track here and we absolutely loved it, we took out 2 kids who hadn't driven before and they were drifting in no time. Briefing was quick, hemets on and boom on the track! well worth the money and I cant wait to come back and do it again ( and win)
