Confinement Hamilton offers a range of exciting escape rooms and outdoor scavenger hunts, perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving games. These activities are also great options for corporate teambuilding, birthday parties, and stag or hen dos. Located in Central Hamilton, Confinement Hamilton is the first Escape Room in New Zealand to achieve a Qualmark certification.
Confinement’s fantastic Escape Rooms have regularly changing clues, so you can come back again and again for a fresh new challenge every time. Get your team together and put your detective hats on to see if you can solve the clues and puzzles within 60 minutes and escape the room!

Storyline: You and your group of friends have heard about a strange lady known only as 'Lady Luna' -who lives in a cottage on the outskirts of your small town, in the forest. You have heard lots of rumors, but no one knows the truth about her. Bored, you and your friends decide to sneak into her cottage and find out what secrets she may be hiding! But be quick, she is never gone from her cottage for longer than an hour!
Suitability: This room (while still difficult enough for adults) is our most family-friendly theme.

Not great
Not great, one of the props was slightly damaged making it hard to make out symbols. When calling for help no one appeared, after trying 3 times. Took 15 minutes for someone to come by.

What a fun theme to venture through. Very clever puzzles. Took abit longer for us as there was only 2 of us but a bigger group would get to attempt the advanced level. Highly recommend

Super fun escape room, clues where well crafted and rooms where exceptional! Definitely head along, staff member was super friendly, excited and energetic which just radiated throughout the room as fun vibes! Ka pai!
