这场冒险之旅从早上集合开启，先做简单的肢体热身，随后跟着向导上山，一步步熟悉流程、做好安全准备。站在高台时，心里满是紧张与恐惧，在大家的鼓励下，我慢慢鼓起勇气，一点点克服胆怯。当缓缓下降时，清风拂面，自然的气息扑面而来，仿佛听见大地的召唤，满心都是震撼与释然。 平安落地后，我们继续探索，走进幽深的山洞。黑暗中，无数萤火虫缓缓亮起，像漫天星辰坠落人间，温柔又梦幻。这一路有挑战，有勇气，更有大自然赠予的极致浪漫，成为心底最难忘的回忆。 This adventure started with us gathering at the office. We did some simple warm-up exercises to stretch our bodies, then followed our guide up the mountain for basic trials and safety preparations. Standing on the platform, I felt nervous and scared, but with everyone’s encouragement, I gradually overcame my fear. As I slowly descended, I felt the gentle wind of nature and the call of the earth. After reaching the ground safely, we continued our adventure into a dark cave. Inside, fireflies flickered like a starry sky, soft and magical. This journey was full of challenges and courage, and brought me the most beautiful romance from nature, making it an unforgettable memory.

不得不说这次的体验配得上记一辈子！这是我和女儿新西兰北岛之行最精彩的四个小时。这家公司非常负责任，严格按照流程进行表格登记、体能测试、安全培训等，尤其是领队多次检测我们绳降设备的安全性，并认真指导安全规则。行程也比较精彩，值得体验。

不难，比预想简单。 能爬几块大岩石、能跳起来的身体素质就可以。 不冷。 四个小时里真正有点辛苦的不超过一小时。 很梦幻的体验，照片不能表现。 有些地方像武侠小说里的场景。 领队们也挺好的，英文说的比较慢和清楚。 很美。 很完美。
