Aisha said... I booked our bikes a week before we went and thought it was good they asked for our heights so the 3 of us would have the right sized bikes. However, on the day there were no XS bikes available for me and my friends had to use M bikes instead of S. My friend's bike had an issue with the battery as soon as we got the bikes but the staff seemed to think we'd be OK. After about 1km my friend said her ebike wasn't working so we called and they exchanged the bikes, but unfortunately this made us quite late for the lighthouse tour which was why I had arranged the trip. I fell off my bike a couple of times because it was too big for me and I struggled to flex my hip high enough when getting off as I'm under 5 ft. I thought the staff were helpful but I think having correct sized bikes would definitely have improved the experience.
