great to go

It's a great place to go, but if the safety was higher quality it would be better. My daughter slipped on the wobbley ladder onto a nail sticking out of it and cut a bit of her shin.

Great Product must do for all ages

Great Product, Great Service, Great Fun & felt super safe up in the trees Only one small criticism was signage - hard to find the entrance to the start i.e. Reception/Check In area

Fun, but...

First off the course was a great experience. But, I had booked through book me, which the fine print stated any changes to be made to booking we had to contact operator. When we did, we were told we had to contact book me. ???. Furthermore, toilet facilities were most disgusting I've ever encountered and there was no ability to purchase much needed refreshments.

Fun but harder than I thought!

We enjoyed our experience in the end but did feel it was let down by the equipment and the poor explanation from our instructor who didn't explain things or the course very well at all. I understand the magnet system from a safety perspective but mine didn't work very well so it added a level of frustration at the end of every obstacle and took a lot of the fun out of the experience. It also gets stuck on the safety wire making it difficult to move through some of the obstacles. When climbing we were completely left to our own devices with no one in sight, at one point I wanted to come down but couldn't as I couldn't find anyone to help. All in all, the obstacles were harder than expected for the level of informaction and assistance we received. The activity was fun but the customer service aspect could definitely improve.
