Breath Taking
Was an amazing and surreal time along the coastline. We will be definitely coming back to do that again. We chose the EBike option and it just made the ride that little bit more enjoyable. Was so nice to enjoy the views at our own pace. The teo young boys were an absolute vibe, when we arrived they greeted us with such a positive and infections vibe that our trip started off great and ended even better. Kid friendly also. Highly recommend

Helpful staff but wrong sized bikes
I booked our bikes a week before we went and thought it was good they asked for our heights so the 3 of us would have the right sized bikes. However, on the day there were no XS bikes available for me and my friends had to use M bikes instead of S. My friend's bike had an issue with the battery as soon as we got the bikes but the staff seemed to think we'd be OK. After about 1km my friend said her ebike wasn't working so we called and they exchanged the bikes, but unfortunately this made us quite late for the lighthouse tour which was why I had arranged the trip. I fell off my bike a couple of times because it was too big for me and I struggled to flex my hip high enough when getting off as I'm under 5 ft. I thought the staff were helpful but I think having correct sized bikes would definitely have improved the experience.

1st Timer
1st time experience on a E-bike. Getting to Pencarrow was easy. Introduction to the bike, safety rules and route was excellent. Bike handled well especially into a strong headwind. A highly recommended 5 star experience.

Adventure out.
It was a great experience. We had picked a perfect day, with little wind, making it enjoyable. The only thing was that they had run out of my size bike, even though I had made a booking. I had to go up a size, which was a little big. I recommend going early so you don’t miss out on correct sizes. But it was a great day out and I would recommend it.
