Hi there, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We do our best to keep our guests informed with regards to the weather and unfortunately on the day you flew with us they changed last minute on the helicopter pads. We explained this prior to boarding the helicopter so our guests were aware of the weather situation. We would have been unable to land for safety. Guests do have the option of opting out if we cannot guarantee a landing. We do apologise if the not communicated clearly and wish you a safe onward journey. Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience of a lifetime! Can only recommend. It's worth every penny. You'll see the glacier in its absolute beauty from many angles. it's just stunning.

Amazing!
The communication and updates regarding flight times and weather with Helicopter Line was excellent. The whole experience was very well organised. From take off to return it was amazing! The scenery is breathtaking and the snow landing is such a highlight! It certainly felt a lot longer than 20 minutes!
