An und für sich gut, aber...
Flug war toll, und beim zwischenlanden werdne fotos von einem gemacht, das einem dann auch in die Hand gedrückt wird und man meinte es wär ein Geschenk. Nach dem Flug wird man dann gefragt ob man das Foto für 20$ kaufen möchte, ansonsten muss man es wieder abgeben... Ja ich mein, kann man so machen, ich finds halt ehrlich gesagt bisschen unsympathisch, aber das ist ja bekanntlich auch geschmackssache

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your flight with us. The photos are a 'side hustle' for our pilots, they buy the printers, ink and papers to print these out for you so the $20 you pay goes straight to them. They are not something everyone takes but it is a great memory to have on your fridge to tell all your guests!

Der Heli-Flug war sensationell 🤩 Und da meine DE-Telefonnr. in NZ nicht funktioniert, war es klasse, dass die Kommunikation via WhatsApp möglich war (habe eine eSim). Etwas merkwürdig fand ich, dass ich eine Bestätigung für meinen Flug um 1pm erhielt, aber dann eine Nachricht erhielt, dass mein Flug nicht bestätigt ist und dass um 11am noch ein Platz frei sei. Ich bin zum früheren Abflug, aber nach mir gab es weitere Flüge!? Und die MitarbeiterInnen im Office waren mehr geschäftsmäßig als freundlich. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Der Pilot war aber super und wie gesagt, der Flug selber grandios!

Thanks for the feedback. We require a minimum of 4 passengers for a flight to depart. If there weren't 4 people booked on your flight we would have offered you another option. The early to midafternoon is often the quietest time of the day. This doesn't mean other flights weren't going after you that may have been different lengths or we had last minute bookings come in. We'd rather contact people to move them to a confirmed flight than wait till their check in time and then tell them they flight has been cancelled if minimum numbers weren't met. I'm glad you enjoyed the flight and thank you for coming in earlier!

Einzigartiges Erlebnis
Wir waren sind von dem Rundflug total begeistert zurückgekehrt! Wegen des Wetters erfolgte die Landung auf dem Shackelton Glacier und anschließend haben wir den Franz Josef überflogen. Da hat sich auch das einstündige Warten auf den Abflug gelohnt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung !

Der absolute Wahnsinn!!
Wir haben die Tour mit den 2 Gletschern gebucht und waren absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht und allein die Erfahrung des Helikopterfliegens ist schon ganz besonders. Dazu kommt, dass unser Pilot (ich glaube er hieß Mike) uns alles noch super erklärt und gezeigt hat. Generell das Team war super zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich! Absolute Herzensempfehlung <3
