Fun-filled
The kids were really excited to go, the roller coaster, indoor playground and gift shop at the end were the highlights. The experience was best for the age group of 5-10 when you consider cost and satisfaction. My toddler, near 2 loved the animals and train and tractor rides but overstimulated for the indoor playground. The cafe had a good range of food to choose from and the party area was occupied where the guests seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Some of the park is tired but it seems they are working their way through parts of it to improve it and are even adding a race cart track (under construction).

Lackluster
The roller coaster, tractor ride, mini jeeps weren't going. You couldn't feed the animals like advertised, there wasn't clear signage for the entry. You had to wait hourly for the 7 minutes train ride, for the carousel, teacup ride too. The playground was cool for the kids but overall quite lackluster. I would have not laid full price for this experience

Hi Rachael, We are sorry to hear you felt your visit was lack luster but there seems to be confusion with regards to the pass you purchased, you purchased weekday fun passes. The fun pass does not include the roller coaster and tractor ride. As advertised on our website and on the bookme listing, we do not sell ultimate passes on weekdays during School term as these two rides are closed, with regards to feeding the animals, animal feed is available every day to purchase for 50 cents per bag.

Great family experience
We were unsure what to expect, a day out with our almost 7yr grand daughter - she loved the whole day. Even got us on the rollercoaster a first for me too! A great day out at a reasonable price.
