Good but Needs Better Cleaning and Safety
Here’s a polished version that keeps your experience clear and fair: I got a $15 deal for each of my two kids, so $30 in total, which I thought was reasonable for entry after 3 pm. Personally, I wouldn’t want to spend more than that for this place. It’s a nice option for younger kids, and my kids had a good time. We mainly went because we didn’t have anything else planned that day. However, I did notice that the place could have been cleaner and definitely needed a good dusting. There was also a hut-like structure near the entrance with part of the counter sticking out. The corners looked quite sharp, which I felt could be a safety hazard, especially for small children. I also noticed shoes left directly in front of the gate, with some lying inside the play area as well. No staff seemed to be asking people to move them or keep the entrance clear. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves, but cleanliness, supervision and a few safety details could definitely be improved.If you want, I can also make it shorter and more casual for a Google review.

Holiday Fun
Took 3 boys ages 7-11 to Magic Loft. Hadn’t been in a few years and I was pleased to see the facilities were in really good condition. Clean and tidy, food prices eg kids meals inline with most other places. Good Coffee, friendly receptionist and helpful kitchen staff. Toilets very clean & tidy. I planned to be there for 2hours but the kids wanted to stay longer, ended up 4 hours. The kids liked the variety of things to do. Awesome indoor place to take the kids if the weather is not great, highly recommend to families.

A Fun and Wonderful Experience for My Son!
We had a great experience at Magic Loft Browns Bay! My son really enjoyed his time there and had so much fun. A big thank you to the team for helping us with the booking and to all the friendly staff who assisted us during our visit.
