Kids had so much fun
We only did a 1 hour slot and the kids were buzzing. Definitely need snow boots and warm, waterproof gloves! The toboggan run is much shorter than the tubing runs (which were quite fast) but both are really fun. Will go again for sure.

Book in advance with extreme caution!
Sadly we didn't make it up to Snow Planet after following civil defence emergency alert advice, due to Cyclone Vaianu, to stay off the roads and not travel the 1hour drive to get there. Snow planet refused to provide us a refund/credit and told us we should have risked the weather as they were open.

Unhygienic
Helmet smells bad/unclean. Head cover cap not given which means germs can spread. Jacket smells bad and it seems they are never washed at all. Total Unhygienic. Supervisor missing in children area where children may fail to read instructions and end up using wrong play equipment in the wrong place
