Good way to spend an evening

Should reconsider low down pricing but fun
I went to snow planet for the first time and there was only a ski field,there should also be more staff members to help if we need help because when I went on the beginner skiing area there should be a staff to explain the basic skiing like how to stop etc for safety concerns and I hope they add a few more things like snow man and add more staff members on duty .

Disappointing
We booked a 2 hour night pass combo, for our children visiting from South Africa. Very excited we arrived for our adventure, only to be charged exorbitant fees for rental of snow pants, jacket and gloves. Non the less we paid and off we went. No assistance from staff, not even a smile let alone a direction or quick guide on how to stand up and ski. The toilets were disgusting with urine and toilet paper on the floor and the smell was awful. Worst event we have ever experienced and we were very disappointed. If you want to visit, make sure you can ski, take your own snow gear and go to the toilet before.
