Turning 50 has never felt so alive

For my 50th, I gifted myself a tandem skydive with Skydive Auckland, and it was the best decision I've ever made. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely reassuring. A shoutout to my tandem master - Balsy. The views from 13,000 feet, the harbour, the gulf, the islands, made me fall in love with my adopted home all over again. Forty-five seconds of freefall. A lifetime of gratitude. 10/10, no notes.
