Monique Bahizi said... We were a group of 6 and 1 of the harnesses had a faulty ball bearing in the pulley. So my teenage son kept stopping half way down the flying foxes. One of the assistants helped him but said he must've been swinging badly not to get to the end and didn't realise that the pulley was worn out. When we pointed this out at check-out the manager didn't apologise or offer a free pass. It's so short sighted as this isn't the sort of place you go to on your own but would bring a group of friends with you. It's not up to the customer to quality test and find the faults in their equipment.
