First of its kind in the Southern hemisphere, MOUA acts to highlight reef conservation, restoration, and education on a global scale surrounded by colourful corals and marine life. Be inspired
As the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, the Museum of Underwater Art highlights reef conservation, restoration, and education on a global scale. Its location on John Brewer Reef is rich in history, with a strong connection to our indigenous culture and marine tourism.
The Coral Greenhouse - first submerged building design by world-class artist Jason deCaires Taylor is a bucket list trip no one should miss! The greenhouse boasts a beautiful mix of art and science. Trees, life-like sculptures, and coral gardens make this staggering 72m structure a wonderland for divers.
Surrounding the Museum of Underwater Art is an amazing coral reef bursting with a plethora of marine life. The bright and beautiful colours are the perfect backdrop for the museum and the location provides the perfect blend of man-made and natures art. The Great Barrier Reef is the world’s largest reef system composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for over 2,600 kilometres.
Located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in north-east Australia. The reef supports a wide diversity of life and was selected as a World Heritage Site in 1981. A visit to this picturesque Reef is the ideal way to enjoy snorkeling, introductory scuba dives or certified dives.
Lodestone offers spectacular marine life which will exhilarate and impress both snorkelers and divers. Imagine witnessing all the stunning colours of coral and marine animals in the tropical crystal clear water, a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. You can choose to board the vessel from either Townsville or Magnetic Island.
Had a snorkeling day today with the Adrenalin crew in the great barrier reef and it was absolutely superb. Fishes of all kinds and corals were everywhere the eyes could see. The crew was well organised, professionnal and friendly, all it takes for a brillant day trip ! We recommend 100%, worth more than the money.
It was probably one of the best experiences that I have been part of. Although I was a bit sick, seeing the coral was breathtaking and it was worthwile. Will definetly come back again. The trip is a bit long but I recommend to head upstairs, on the bean bags, with the sea breeze and you will enjoy every moment. The crew was fantastic.
Joined a day trip out to the Lodestone Reef, took 2 hr to get to the dive site, but the day was perfect for snorkelling and diving, staff was kind and helpful, although they need more organisation skills in the bag, most of the staff are quite new to the company, so give them some credit. Otherwise not a bad day out in the sea.

An experience I would highly recommend!
It was a great experience even for beginner snorkelers and people unused to ocean swimming. A friendly crew was there to answer questions and they were very informative. An experience would highly recommend.
