On the return trip, I experienced severe motion sickness and needed to go outside on the upper deck for fresh air. I briefly went downstairs to use the bathroom, and within two minutes I returned. However, the crew refused to let me go back up, saying the deck was full, even though I had just come from there. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, which made my condition worse. This resulted in a very unpleasant journey. I hope you can look into this matter and improve staff training to ensure fair and considerate treatment of passengers.
