Helen Lenaghan said... Absolutely awesome day trip. Water was on the cooler side of warm but excellent snorkling, best at high tide, you may have to snorkel in shallow waters if you don't want to walk on the coral. Excellent sealife, saw starfish, 2 sharks lots of colourful fish and huge fish also. Walked around the island took a whole 27 minutes. There were lifesavers in the patrolled area. Birdlife on the island was great. However I didn't see the aquarium at the end of the pier. The boat trip was comfortable, we stopped to watch whales cross infront of us. Well worth it. I'd do it again.
