Neither of them had ever snorkelled before, so we were a bit unsure how it would go, especially with our younger one who was quite nervous at the start. But the crew were amazing. A big thank you to Lillian, Caitlin and Victor for being so patient and supportive throughout. Caitlin was especially wonderful with our son. She took the time to calm him down, explain everything clearly and help him feel comfortable in the water. In the beginning he didn’t even want to put his face in, and by the end he didn’t want to get out. Seeing that change meant a lot to us. Reef Adventures is a smaller operator, but that really works in their favour. It felt more personal and you could see they genuinely care about what they do and about their guests. Thank you again for making our first snorkelling trip at the reef such a great memory. We would definitely recommend them, especially for families with kids.
