Poor customer behaviour
I wanted to try the restaurant for the first time and was a visitor to NZ. Food was also average. However, I was very disspointed with the staff behaviour. I was just 25 mins late for the appointment (15 mins allowed) and previously called to advise I was stuck in traffic around 5 pm. They refused to accept coupon just due to 10 mins delay which was beyond my control (although after long pressing, they gave only a moderate discount).

Naughty table
Food was nice however I suspect that cause I booked via first table for Mother’s Day they weren’t overly happy so we got put a tiny table in the cnr… one would almost say the naughty table. I was cold, lacked space and even my 10yo was squished. Also, you need to upgrade your crayons/coloured pencils.

Lovely place
Had a fantastic meal, great service and the bar manager made an amazing cocktail. Food top notch, the Steak was done to perfection. Will be there again!
