Poor customer behaviour

rajdas said... I wanted to try the restaurant for the first time and was a visitor to NZ. Food was also average. However, I was very disspointed with the staff behaviour. I was just 25 mins late for the appointment (15 mins allowed) and previously called to advise I was stuck in traffic around 5 pm. They refused to accept coupon just due to 10 mins delay which was beyond my control (although after long pressing, they gave only a moderate discount).
