Unprofessional Driver Ruined the Experience

nipunep said... We booked this hop-on, hop-off bus as a last-minute activity with friends. The website stated we could choose venues on the day, but the driver insisted we needed to book in advance, only informing us by berating us in front of the group. When I asked for recommendations, he dismissively said, “This isn’t an Uber service,” and refused to help. However, the venues had availability, making his response feel unnecessarily harsh. His unprofessionalism left us stressed the whole day, afraid of upsetting him further. The wineries were excellent, but the driver’s behavior significantly impacted our enjoyment.
