Good tour, but some minor inmprovements are needed

The tour was good especially Philip island, however the bus/coach was not fully air-conditioned, and as the temperatures hit 38 the bus provided offered no respite from the heat and at times the bus itself was too hot. The guide Charlie was not very informative on the trip, he gave the basic off when to be back on the bus, and at Philip Island he did tell you the most advantageous look out spots, however there no information given on the other areas off the tour, or points off interest on the trip or history of where we was visiting
