Paid for 90 minutes, got taken 15 minutes late for my appointment, (appointment was for 9:45am, got taken into the room at 9:55am, and therapist finally began at 10:03am - there’s a clock in the room so it’s pretty easy to tell the time). Then therapist finished at 11:15am in spite of me asking at the start if I would still get the full 90 minutes. Room was cold and noisy, squeaky uncomfortable bed, could hear people doing dishes and banging things around in other rooms and could hear people at reception laughing loudly and talking to other customers. Definitely NOT a relaxing experience and I wish we had never paid in advance, as otherwise we would have disputed the charge. Really disappointing especially as this was a really special treat following some difficult surgery.
