Very disappointing experience

Rhea DuttDhillon said... They changed the time of our booking on the the day of our booking and called us to come At 11am (at 10am, leaving us 1 hour to get there) when our appointment was actually 2:30pm. Due to the short notice, we got there at 11:15 And they only massaged us for half an hour, rather than the full hour we paid. Absolutely disappointing service, worst experience ever.
