Amazing
We absolutely loved our experience at below zero…service was amazing and so friendly. I’m glad we got to experience it, incredible what they make out of ice, you’ve got to go!!!

Amazing experience
Me and my mum went to this experience. It's my second time and mum's first. She thoroughly enjoyed taking photos with the ice sculptures while sipping her mocktail. Highly recommend this while visiting QT.

Staff make the experience
We took our kids to the ice bar packaging it as the frozen experience. Kids get colder quicker in these experiences. We waited patiently in the ice bar for our drinks behind 4 other groups it got to us and the bartender walked out. 10 minutes later she came back and we got our drinks. Kids get cold and the novelty wears off quick. I believe staff efficiency can make a difference to your experience
