Sit back and relax as we cruise the length of the 16km Fiord, venturing past the iconic Mitre Peak to the mighty Lady Bowen Falls, Lion Mountain, Copper Point, Seal Rock and Stirling Falls. Be sure to keep an eye out along the way for seals basking in the sun, pods of dolphins and even the rare Fiordland Crested Penguins that can be found seasonally within the region.

Our 2 hour cruises have strictly limited passenger numbers, ensuring you an intimate and authentic experience of one of the world’s most beautiful scenic destinations. Whether sitting inside our out on our viewing deck, you will have fantastic unobstructed photo opportunities as your knowledgeable and friendly skipper provides a fascinating commentary on the highlights along the course of the cruise.

  • Departure Location: Milford Sound Visitor Terminal, State Highway 94, Milford Sound, New Zealand.
  • Approximately 5 hours drive time from Queenstown.
  • Approximately 2.5 hours drive time from Te Anau.

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Tickets at a discounted rate of $40 or under are not eligible for refunds. Discounted seats are non-transferable.

    Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time.

    Child Age: 4-14 years old

    Infant Age: 0-3 years old

    Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time and allow approximately 5 hours drive time from Queenstown or 2.5 hours from Te Anau.

    Please note that commentary from our guide is only provided in English. Multilingual fact/information cards are available on board.

  • IMPORTANT:

    Infants must be included in bookings as passengers and accounted for in the total passenger count for safety purposes. Failure to add an infant to your booking, particularly if we are fully booked, could prevent you from traveling with us.

    As we do have two separate vessels leaving simultaneously, it is vital that parties travelling together but with separate bookings stipulate this in the booking note, as we cannot guarantee that you are put together on the same boat if we are unaware of your group travelling together.

Great cruise

This cruise was a great experience. The boat was slightly smaller than some of the others in Milford sound but this made the experience better in my opinion and more personal in terms of getting the views and pictures. The captain of the boat shared some good commentary of the area and nature too. Highly recommended

That's one of my worst memories

I booked this cruise on the 17th of May. We came with my parents that day (4 person)This was a trip my parents had been waiting for for a long time. I paid $496 for it. On the 17th between 11-12 am I called your reception and said that we would not be able to see the beautiful places due to heavy rain. The lady at the reception said without any hesitation that it rains every day here. We said that we did not want a refund and that we should change the date. She said no. We said that we had just arrived from Christchurch. She did not hesitate. My parents were disappointed because they could not even take a picture. Due to their strong rain, we booked the cruise with you the next day at &636. But they did not give any discount. I am disappointed with the way you treat your customers. This experience is the worst experience my parents and I have ever had.
