Very average quality and crowded...
They had boarded more than their capacity, so some of the passengers, including us, had to stay on top deck (which is not an enclosed area) all the time, in the middle of the winter when it's freezing cold.

Great cruise
This cruise was a great experience. The boat was slightly smaller than some of the others in Milford sound but this made the experience better in my opinion and more personal in terms of getting the views and pictures. The captain of the boat shared some good commentary of the area and nature too. Highly recommended
