The Perfect Trip
Troy and Bri provided the best trip we could have asked for. Initially we were gutted we missed out on the Earnslaw but we're so happy we did! Troy's commentary is funny and super interesting and the photo opportunity by the bridge in the Frankton Arm was a novelty. Loved the selfie by the way, Troy. The weather was spectacular too which made for a perfect trip.

Million Dollar Cruise
It was a beautiful experience. From the moment we stepped onboard, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout the entire trip. We were treated to beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views that made the experience feel special and memorable. Thank you!

Missed out on cruise
Unfortunately we couldn’t take this trip on Sunday 30 April. I ended up in hospital . I know there was no change, on these book me trips but under the circumstances is there any chance we can use this voucher in the next 10 days anytime, while we are still in Queenstown. We are so disappointed Thank you Raymond Bailey

Cancelled 5 m before departure
Cruise was cancelled 5 min before departure due to technical problems. I could not book another one because it was too late.

Sometimes these things happen Vadim so not sure why you think you can give us a 1 star when you haven't been on our trip. There weren't any other trips you could have gone on either. You actually sent me an email as I had advised you the day before that we would not be cruising so you are not actually telling the truth saying 5 minutes before. I also said that I would refund you immediately and you replied thanking me for being so prompt in organising the refund. So you need to take down this post as it is not correct. These ratings are for the trip only not a gripe when you did not come on it.

Nice view and kind guide. It was good experience. 날이 맑아서 너무 좋았어요 밀포드사운드 너무 멀어서 대신 선택했는데 충분했던거같아요^^ 가격도 저렴하고~ 추천합니다
