Staff make the experience

melissas42 said... We took our kids to the ice bar packaging it as the frozen experience. Kids get colder quicker in these experiences. We waited patiently in the ice bar for our drinks behind 4 other groups it got to us and the bartender walked out. 10 minutes later she came back and we got our drinks. Kids get cold and the novelty wears off quick. I believe staff efficiency can make a difference to your experience
