    Take the bikes out for a beautiful self guided tour along the scenic tracks of Lake Wanaka.

    Karen said... It was a last minute decision to do this bike ride, we ended up doing the 30k as opposed to the 15k option so Albert Town was our half way point. The bikw rode was so memorable. The weather and route amazing and stunning scenery. The guide who took us and the bikes 30k from Wanaka to cycle back in were very knowledgeable of the area and explained our route clearly. The bike hire was great value for money as the bikes didn't need to be returned until 1730hrs so we rode the bikes to go wine tasting at Rippon Vineyard and then went back along the Lakeside into Wanaka, passing the Wanaka Tree. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Wanaka to hire bikes and do the bikeride activity. It's a great way to see the area.
