Our fault (accordingly to the staff), we didn't know what we were booking but the treatment we received because of this was appalling. It was suggested that we take an Uber from points along the trip - we did not understand their system - it was not our job to know. What we DID want was suggestions of which wineries to visit. Our intention was to enjoy the scenery so neither of us had to drive. Wrong tour to take! Maybe grab an Uber to take a scenic tour around Q'town and Arrowtown - it might be cheaper than the $190 for the tour plus $50 for Uber to escape the tour!! The office administrator was extremely rude, the tour guide Pete, was pleasant to a point. We felt our day was completely wasted. If we could give a big fat ZERO we would.
