We had a great time on orange Thunder jet boat. Lots of 360 degree spins! I think 25 minutes was just right! All in all well worth it.

Bumped off original booking but fun
Booked for the shorter ride but when I arrived they said it would want running and offered me a longer ride 2 hours later for the same cost. It was fun, like a fairground ride with loud music. You had to hold on tight for the 360 spins and there was splashing. Do it more for the thrill but less to enjoy the incredibly beautiful lake and river.

Disappointed
We went to their main office and were asked to move further at Jet Boarding. The staff there denied for 7 pax booking as we were late according to him. No co-operation from team.

Bad customer service
We booked jet boat ride and we stuck in the traffic. I contacted them and explained my situation but they said we can’t do anything about it. If you want to ride you need to book it again. First they said they’re is no space and after few seconds they said yes we have space available but you have to pay for it. I wasted my money and time to come all the way from Christchurch to have some good time with my family but real nz spoiled everything. I will never book anything again from them.

We really had fantastic experience with RealNZ jet boat we did drifts, ups and downs in water we loved it. We recommend to everyone to do this amazing activity.
