First of all we had problem with not getting the shuttle from hotel to the Heliworks.I had to argue for shuttle to pick us up. Secondlly Very disappointed with the flight,as they said it will be 20mins flight of scenic view for Remarkables. But actually it was only 10mins as they only went to 1st point of Remarkables, we landed time was wasted in taking pics and then immediately we came back ! The flight did not go above to show Remarkables mountains at all. I inquired to the receptionist at Heliworks about the above issue and they said it was" because we booked through Book it!" The point is that its irrelevant where and what price you have booked the iternary-the company should honour thier description in there website etc." It was misleading and cheating customers!I I would not recommend them at all.
