Surprised to see children in the area and also so many people on their phones. Noisy as people were talking and playing videos without earphones and generally being inconsiderate. Heated loungers are lovely too. No staff visible in the area - it would be good to see the area monitored and people told to abide by the rules. We love Wai Ariki - that is a true deluxe experience!
