I’d do it again

Absolutely fabulous day trip. Our guide and driver was informative and funny. He made the day enjoyable and included all the group in activities. My favourite part was morning tea. The oysters were to die for. The only thing I would say is that I would have had more time as the wine and cheese tasting.

Hello Renee, Thank you for your wonderful review. Some days we get more or less time at the venues depending on what everyone wants. We try not to be a shopping tour and think we have found the happy balance. Thank you again. Craig Parsey Director Bruny Island Safaris

Really enjoyable day!

We had a great time on this day tour. Our guide Phil was very personable and knowledgeable, informing us on a wide range of topics relating to the history of the regions, foods, wildlife and other points of interest, mixed in with entertaining anecdotes and delivered with a good dose of cheeky humour. We got to taste the cheese and oysters (which were amazing!) and the seafood platter for 2 at Bruny Hotel offered a good variety which was fresh, tasty and well-portioned. We ran out of time to do the whiskey tasting but managed to get a good tasting of some chocolates and fudge, and picked up some delicious honey as well. The lighthouse tour was interesting and provided good background on the history. It was our first time on Bruny island and despite being a bit of a dreary and rainy day, it was was a fun-filled day thanks to Phil who kept us well entertained throughout the day, and was even kind enough to drop us off to the airport after the tour.

Thank you Francisi, Your review is amazing and we enjoy hearing about your day with our guides. Our guides are amongst the most experienced on Bruny Island. The highlight for many visitors is the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Tour (Exclusive to our tours) and the morning tea on the beach and lunch. Our base is not far from the airport and we often drop our guests back after the tour. Kind Regards, Craig Parsey Bruny Island Safaris
