Léa Febvre said... I booked this Jet Ski tour for my partner and her family, hoping they would have a great experience, but it was honestly awful. The way they were treated felt discriminatory and racist, and the staff member’s attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the beginning. We were refused the service we had already paid for and received no refund or proper resolution. Extremely disappointing experience. There are far better Jet Ski operators in the Whitsundays — I would definitely not recommend this one.
