Will cancel trips last minute for no reason - nonweather related cancellation. No sympathy or customer service from this company. Cancelled our dive the evening before the trip with no solutions whatsoever.
Purchased flights and hotel to dive the yongala and was guaranteed twice over the phone that our trip wasn’t going to be cancelled. Afterwards they sent an email (copout) cancelling the trip saying it was due to limited numbers even though I’d spoken to them earlier.
They offered no solution even though we had spent over $1000 on flights and hotel to dive. They showed zero sympathy for ruining our entire trip and my birthday.... don’t go unless you want your holiday ruined.
