At the time of booking, we were informed that both snorkelling and the lookout experience were optional activities and had to be paid separately at $29 each. On the boat, passengers were clearly identified with different coloured wristbands, indicating what each person had paid for: • Beach only • Beach + snorkelling • Beach + lookout • Full package (beach, snorkelling, and lookout) To our surprise, after only two hours at the beach, all passengers were forced back onto the boat and taken to the lookout, an activity we did not pay for. We were then invited to get off and visit the lookout without paying, while other passengers had paid extra for exactly the same experience. This was extremely unfair and misleading for those who paid more, as well as for us, who did not receive the four hours at the beach that we had paid for. Additionally, the guides did not use a microphone on the boat, making it very difficult to hear or understand the instructions. Overall, the organisation was chaotic and unprofessional. This experience was very poorly managed, did not match what was advertised, and felt deceptive. I strongly discourage anyone from booking this tour with GSL Marine.
