    Jessica Hierl said... Because of weather conditions the flight was postpones a couple of hours. But that's a great safety decision so I'm happy they take the weather into serious consideration. The shuttle pick-up was really comfortable and central in Airlie Beach. After some safety instructions on the ground we boarded the plain and I was allowed to be the co-pilot - best seat in the `house´. We flew over the multiple Whitsunday islands and saw the white haven beach from different perspectives so that everyone can make a picture. After some time flying over the open ocean we reached the reef and you could see all the beautiful colours of the ocean and reef. We even saw some rays from the airplane. It really was beautiful! We turned around so that the other side of the plane could take some pictures and make your way back over the many islands to the airport where the shuttle brought us back again.
