Discover World Heritage-listed K'gari on a small-group 4WD adventure, visiting Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek and the Maheno Shipwreck before an overnight beach house stay!
Adventure by day, comfort by night
Experience World Heritage-listed K'gari on an unforgettable two-day 4WD adventure from Hervey Bay, combining iconic island experiences with the comfort of a private beach house, fresh meals and the opportunity to get behind the wheel yourself.
Travelling in a small group of no more than 21 guests, follow our experienced guide in a convoy of our signature pink 4WDs along the famous 75 Mile Beach and K'gari's sandy inland tracks. Eligible guests can take turns driving, with no previous 4WD experience required, while those who'd rather sit back are welcome to enjoy the whole journey as a passenger.
Over two days, discover ancient rainforest, freshwater lakes and flowing creeks at some of K'gari's most famous locations. Swim in the crystal-clear waters of Boorangoora (Lake McKenzie), float down Eli Creek, walk beneath the rainforest canopy at Central Station and Pile Valley and discover the Maheno Shipwreck. Depending on tides and conditions, your adventure may also include Lake Birrabeen or a walk across the dunes to Lake Wabby.
When the day's exploring is over, there's no tent to pitch. Return to our private beach house on K'gari's Eastern Beach for a hot shower, a freshly prepared dinner and a relaxed evening with your fellow travellers. Stay for the night sky, wake up with the chance to watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean, then set out for another day of adventure.
This small group experience is designed for solo travellers, couples and friends who want to experience K'gari properly, not just see it through a window.

Hi Saskia, Thanks so much for your review! We are so glad you had an amazing time on our tour with Nigel! Thanks, Fraser Dingo Team
Super tolle 2-Tagestour! Es gibt reichlich und frisches Essen. Hoher Spaßfaktor garantiert! Würde es sofort wieder buchen.
Hi Philipp, Thanks for the great review! We are so happy you had a lot of fun and loved the food it makes great memories! Next time you will have to try the 3 day Tag Tour! All the best and safe travels, The Fraser Dingo Team :)
Hi Inga, Thanks for the response, We appreciate all the constructive feedback! Next time you will have to try the 3 Tag Tour! Hope you have safe travels in the future, Regards The Fraser Dingo Team :)
Hi Thomas, Thanks for the great review! We do pride ourselves in taking people to Fraser Island and showing them all the great sights and scenery! I am so happy you thought so as well! Safe travels, The Fraser Dingo Team :)

Toller Ausflug mit super Guides.
Fraser war super. Sehr nette Guides.
