If not then save your money and stay in Queenstown or wherever you are and see the mountains from there. We saw more of the glaciers, waterfalls and ice cap mountains in Mount Cook during a self guided walk than this boat trip. Disappointed by the lack of sights during this ride, minimal commentary and overcrowded space to observe from the outside spots plus the few hot chocolate satchels that went really fast and left our kids with none, asked for more and was told there was none. Terrible experience and costly for what we received.
