Thank you for the positive feedback. There is no time limit to how long you stay once you come in. Bookme offers special prices for certain entry times of day when the pools are quieter.

最高でした
ホテルに湯船がなかったので、水着で入れる温泉を楽しみにしていました。温度の違う温泉を選んで入ることができ、最初はぬるめにゆっくりつかり、最後は熱めで温まることができました。デラックスプランは少し高いと思いましたが、人も少なくゆったり入れたので、選んで正解でした。また行きたいと思います。

Hot Spring Bliss
The facilities were clean and well maintained. The hot springs were worth every penny! Went in very sore, left feeling loose and happy! Highly recommend

Close early not 11pm
The facility is beautiful! BUT! We arrived at 9:30 PM, thinking the facility closed at 11:00 PM, which would give us nearly 1.5 hours to enjoy. We were informed that pool use needed to stop by 10:45 PM, which was fine since we’d need time to shower anyway. However, at 10:00 PM, we were suddenly told we had only 30 minutes left. As a result, we barely spent 40 minutes in the pool and spent the whole time worrying about the clock. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Hi Tanya. Thank you for your feedback. We close at 11pm which means everyone needs to be showered, dressed and on their way out by then. We start our evening pool emptying and cleaning procedures at 11pm when our night maintenance crew comes on. You should have only been asked to vacate the pools and proceed to the changing rooms at 10:40/10:45 pm though which would have given you an extra 10 minutes. We will certainly bring this up to our pool management team. We are sorry to see that this made became anxious around time instead of enjoying your soak. Hopefully you can return for a really long soak and come visit us earlier in the day.

Could be better
Pools are lovely but the experience was not deluxe. We went in the evening so hate to think how noisy it would be in the day. Surprised to see children in the area and also so many people on their phones. Noisy as people were talking and playing videos without earphones and generally being inconsiderate. Heated loungers are lovely too. No staff visible in the area - it would be good to see the area monitored and people told to abide by the rules. We love Wai Ariki - that is a true deluxe experience!

Our Deluxe Lake Spa welcomes guests of all ages, and we do ask everyone to respect the peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum and being considerate of others. Playing videos aloud is certainly not in keeping with the relaxing atmosphere we aim to provide. We appreciate your comments regarding staff visibility and monitoring, and will share these with our operations team. We recognise that a relaxing environment is an important part of the Deluxe Lake Spa experience, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations on this visit.

시간대별로 가격이 달라 선택권이 폭넓어서 좋았어요.
다른 싸이트에 비해 시간대별 가격이 조금씩 다르게 해서 좋았고.. 마지막 타임이었는데 11시에 문을 닫지만 10시 30분쯤 나갈 준비해라고 얘기해 줌 1시간이 너무나 빨리 지나감. 디럭스 스파가 풍경도 좋고 좋아요. 뜨뜻하게 잘 지지고 왔습니다. 수건도 넉넉하고 샴푸, 린스도 있고 바디워시도 있었던 것 같은데..
